HOW TO USE PROOFSAVED
Keep every purchase protected.
A simple guide to saving receipts, tracking deadlines and protecting your records.
Add your purchase
Select Add purchase, then enter the item, retailer, purchase date and any return or warranty dates. Add a receipt image or PDF if you have one.
Find and update records
Open Purchases to search or filter your saved items. Select a purchase to view its details, replace its receipt, edit its information or update its outcome.
Open receipt files
Images appear inside ProofSaved. For a PDF, press Open file to launch your phone’s PDF viewer, then use the viewer’s back arrow to return to ProofSaved.
Watch important dates
The Deadlines page orders return and warranty dates by urgency. Expired records remain available from Purchases using the status filter.
Choose your reminders
In Settings, turn notifications on and choose one, two, three or all four reminder times for returns and warranties. Use Send test to check your phone.
Protect and move your records
Download a backup before clearing app data or changing phones. Restore that file from Settings, or sign in to use secure cloud sync across your devices.

How ProofSaved handles your records and how to get help.
Privacy Policy
Local use: Purchase records, settings and receipt files stay on your device unless you choose cloud sync.
Optional cloud sync: When you sign in, your email address, purchase records, settings and attached receipt files are sent securely to ProofSaved for backup, recovery and access across your devices. Synced records and files are encrypted before storage.
You control your records. You can download a backup, sign out, clear local data or permanently delete your cloud account from Settings. Clearing app storage without a backup may permanently remove local records.
ProofSaved does not sell personal information or use receipt contents for advertising.

ProofSaved helps organise purchase evidence, return dates, warranty dates and reminders. It does not determine your legal rights, retailer policies or warranty eligibility.
You are responsible for checking entered dates and keeping an independent backup of important evidence. Notifications are a convenience and may be delayed by device settings or operating-system restrictions.
Do not upload unlawful content or information you do not have permission to store. ProofSaved cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or acceptance of stored evidence by a retailer or other party.

Your records stay on this device unless you deliberately export a backup or turn on optional cloud sync by signing in.
Use your phone’s screen lock, keep backup files somewhere secure and avoid sharing backups—they may contain purchase details and receipt images. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes.
